NKHS 2012 Calendar

The NKHS offers monthly presentations and discussions of herbs, as well as other gardening, cooking and craft activities. Non-members are invited but may be asked to pay a small fee to defray the costs of food and/or supplies.

Regular monthly meetings are at 6:30 p.m. on the second Thursday of each month in the Boone County Cooperative Extension Office (Highway 18 and Camp Ernst Road in Burlington, Kentucky). The schedule below shows the topics and meeting information for upcoming sessions as well as notes from this year's past meetings.

Thurs., Feb. 9 6:30 p.m.	Regular monthly meeting	Secrets of Seed Starting Each member should come with at least one seed starting technique or success story to tell us about. In addition, please sort through your seed supply and bring any extra packages or leftovers from last year to exchange with others. Since our January meeting was canceled, we'll also unveil the 2012 Herb of the Year and make plans for the rest of the year. We'll be in the Kells Room of the Extension Offices.
